Please use QBE’s Partner Portal to access c.change. Your direct c.change User Id is no longer active. For this reason you’ll now need to login via Partner Portal and it’s here that you’ll find a link to access c.change.

Partner Portal is a secure website for our partners. It’s been designed to give you helpful information and personalised resources to support you to do your job.
Within the Partner Portal, you’ll find useful documents, videos, insights, articles and updates.
You’ll also be able to access the platforms you require including c.change.
Those with delegated authority will be able to use our online express claims form to lodge Business Interruption claims arising from COVID-19.

Why has my login experience changed?

Which username do I use for c.change?
All users will need to login via Partner Portal with their registered email address to access c.change. C.change User ID is no longer active.
Elders agents are in the process of being transitioned to this login format and will shortly receive an email confirming this. The email will also provide instructions on how to set up a new password.

Do I need to log in to the QBE website or the Partner Portal?
Our website includes general product information and doesn’t require you to log in for access.
You will need to log in to access Partner Portal. By logging into Partner Portal you’ll have access to additional important resources such as our document library and latest updates as well as our Business Interruption online express claims form. This form can be used to lodge COVID-19 related BI claims for Business Pack and Farm Pack. From Partner Portal, you can also access our system platforms, including c.change.

How do I reset my password?
If you’ve been advised by us that your registered email address is your new username, you’ll then be able to reset your password via the login screens clicking ‘forgot password.

Contact your QBE representative and they’ll be able to assist you. Please allow 24-48 hours to get access to Partner Portal.
I am getting an error screen or having issues logging into c.change or the Partner Portal.
