Based in the Philippines, QBE’s Group Shared Services Centre (GSSC) provides a comprehensive range of insurance services to QBE’s customers and brokers across Australia Pacific, Europe, North America and Asia such as underwriting support, policy servicing, claims, credit control and customer service. The GSSC also provides knowledge processing services in the areas of Finance, Technology, HR Delivery, Data Analytics and Reporting to QBE businesses globally.
