Underwriting Leadership
Kelvin joins QBE Hong Kong as our Head of Corporate Underwriting and will be responsible for local property, liability and employees’ compensation product lines and underwriting governance.
Kelvin comes with extensive experience in underwriting and partnership development in international insurance organisations. He has held several leadership positions with an outstanding track record on promoting business growth in the corporate and commercial segments.

- Login to Qnect (http://partner.qbe.com/hk)
- Search the policy for claim submission
- Under the Policy Options tab, click “New Claim”
- Fill in the eClaims form and submit

Get your policy servicing done at your fingertips
Your customers can now able to access eService to view their policy details, download documents, submit claims and check claim status online on any web-based device meaning policy servicing can be done anywhere 24/7.
Important Note
eService is newly introduced to your customers, and they can now access and download their own policy details. As QBE intermediaries, you are recommended to continually use Qnect as the key platform to manage your customers’ policy information.
Real-Time-Real-Person Qchat delivers a faster resolution Qchat, a live real-person WhatsApp chat platform, connecting our customers to QBE Customer Service team for enquiries related to insurance policies, transactions, claims or QBE digital offerings.
