Our customers, partners and employees’ health and wellbeing remain our number one priority. With immediate effect, the time limit to submit Group Medical claim is now 120 days. We have extended the time limit to support our agents and their customers to overcome this challenging time. Eligible Group Medical insurance policyholders now have 120 days to lodge their claim from the treatment date. The extension is available to existing Group Medical insurance policy with a claim incurred between 20 April 2020 and 31 July 2020.

Qnect Updates
Like most business, we used an enormous amount of paper. We are pleased that at the beginning of this year, all Statement of Account for both intermediaries and their clients are now digitally stored on Qnect.
QBE no longer send out paper statements in our efforts to help reduce carbon footprint. You can simply download or browse the Statement of Account anywhere, anytime on Qnect.
