It sets out the elements of QBE’s approach to compliance risk, including the Three Lines governance model as outlined in the Risk Management Strategy. QBE’s governance arrangements and risk framework establish accountability, responsibility, and authority in relation to management of compliance risk.
All QBE employees, contractors, contingent workers, and directors are required to be aware of QBE’s approach to compliance risk management. QBE employees have a responsibility to act with integrity and work in a manner that is consistent with the spirit, intent and requirements of this Policy and are also required to complete all mandatory trainings.
