CDP

QBE is an investor signatory to CDP (previously known as the Carbon Disclosure Project), a not-for-profit organisation that runs a global disclosure system for climate and environmental impacts that is accessed by over 680 investors with US$130 trillion in assets under management. 

Each year the CDP Secretariat issues a questionnaire to the world's largest companies by market capitalisation, to assess awareness of climate change and environmental risks and opportunities, management methods and progress towards action taken on climate change and other environmental challenges. 

QBE Group has been voluntarily reporting through CDP since 2010.

In 2022, we achieved an A- score, up from a B in 2021.
