Our recruitment process opens in July each year for a February start the following year.
Our application process
Our application process can vary year on year. The most common application process includes:
- An online application where you are required to submit your resume and current academic transcript. A cover letter is not required for our graduate program.
- An online experience including ability, working style and personality assessments, and an exploration of QBE and our values.
- A phone interview where you will speak with a member of the graduate recruitment team.
- An online group assessment where you will solve a business challenge in a group of four.
- A final in-person individual interview at our Auckland office.
- Probity checks and offer to join the QBE graduate program.

Applications for the 2025 graduate program have not yet opened. When they do open, the job advertisement will appear on our careers site and an application link will be added to this page.
