There are two ways to claim, depending on whether you bought your policy direct with QBE or through a broker.
Claiming through QBE
Accident and Health, Workers Compensation and Small Business Insurance policy holders should contact QBE directly.

If you are a Small Business Insurance policy holder, you can claim online or call us on 133 723, 24 hours a day.
Claiming through your broker
If you’re insured through a broker simply contact them to tell them you need to make a claim. Many brokers will guide you through the process and liaise with us on your behalf.
