Please use this form to request a copy of your Certificate of Currency and Payment Summary (CoC) for policy numbers starting with AP, DI, HD, KI, or MD. If you're an Elders Insurance customer, request your CoC via the Elders website. If you’re an insurance broker, you can request copies from your Business Relationship Manager.
Depending on your preferred delivery method (recorded on your current policy), we'll normally be able to send your CoC:
- By email within two business hours
- By mail within two to seven business days
To update your policy contact details, lender name, request other documents or if you need these documents sooner, please call us on 1300 161 857.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, disclose, store and use personal information as well as how to access it, correct it or make a complaint. When we say personal information we may also mean sensitive information such as health information, criminal history or professional memberships that’s relevant to us issuing, administering or managing products or providing services and the terms on which we will do these things. By giving us personal information you consent to us collecting, disclosing, storing and using personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you give us someone else’s personal information you confirm that you’ve obtained their consent to do so.
If you don’t provide all of the personal information we’ve requested, we may be unable to issue, administer and manage products and provide services.
Certificate of Currency (CoC)
A CoC is a document issued by QBE providing evidence of an insurance policy. It includes details such as the name of the insured(s), the start and end date of the current policy term and the type of cover.
Note: A CoC does not contain premium or payment information.
Payment Summary
A Payment Summary shows payments made during the current term of a policy.
