QBE “Outstanding Individual” honoured at icare CASE Awards 2018
Chenara Hill, Case Manager within QBE’s ifNSW team, has been named Outstanding Individual at the icare CASE Awards 2018, the annual Care and Service Excellence Awards that recognise and reward outstanding delivery in the NSW workers compensation industry.
The Outstanding Individual Award aims to acknowledge the ongoing contribution and influence of an individual who exceeds in their role to deliver excellence in care and service, positively impacting customer outcomes and promoting the industry as a whole.
Ms Hill joined QBE’s workers compensation team in October 2015 working with various health agencies before managing the portfolio for NSW Ambulance. Throughout this time, she has made a huge impact across the division due to her empathetic, customer-first proposition, along with a dedicated approach towards mentoring junior team members.
QBE Australia and New Zealand CEO, Vivek Bhatia, said he was very proud to see Ms Hill take out the Outstanding Individual Award amongst a well contested category of exemplary individuals.
“Chenara’s passion for changing the stigma of workers compensation and providing injured people with an exceptional level of customer service has been well recognised within QBE and by her customers. I’m very proud to see her efforts awarded externally through the icare CASE Awards.
“QBE is dedicated to cultivating a culture of exceptional leaders and customer-focused individuals. Chenara’s achievement is testament to her technical expertise and relationship skills and we highly appreciate her meaningful contribution towards our organisation."
