QBE’s ASR network doesn’t require quotes to get repairs underway, so by calling QBE immediately after an accident, your customers can get their vehicles repaired and back on the road in the fastest time possible.
Getting vehicles back on the road, faster
With a QBE Commercial Motor policy, if your customer is in an accident and the vehicle cannot be driven, they can call QBE on 133 723. We can arrange for the vehicle to be towed 24/7 thanks to our National Towing Network1.
Regardless of whether the vehicle needs to be towed or not, calling QBE as soon as possible will help speed up the claims process and get the vehicle repaired and back on the road.
Once a claim has been submitted and lodged, QBE’s ASR network panel will call the customer within four business hours.
No quotes needed – repairs under $10,000 (excluding GST) approved instantly
All of QBE’s Accredited Smash Repairers have self-assessing capabilities, so repairs under $10,000 (excluding GST) won’t need our review or approval.
This results in significant time saved, as customers don’t need to spend time getting quotes, or wait for quotes and repairs to be assessed and approved. All they need to do is call QBE and wait for a call from their nearest ASR to book in a repair date.

Making repairs simple and stress-free
QBE’s ASR network spans across Australia, meaning that wherever your customers are, we have repairers waiting to help.
The ASR network will help customers reach their destination (subject to availability) by offering complimentary Ubers, taxis, or hire cars. Please note that each trip is covered up to a maximum of $50, with a total limit of $100 per claim. Additionally, some ASRs may provide vehicle pick-up and return services, when feasible.
Their vehicle will also be washed and vacuumed, ensuring they receive the best possible service and experience.
